An accountant since 1997, I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of family businesses.
My areas of particular interest include:
- Property –commercial & residential, developments, syndicated investment groups and retirement living;
- Building & Construction;
- Wine;
- Civil Contracting;
- Technology;
- Finance; and
- Family business succession.
I’ve always enjoyed being involved in growing companies and assisting clients on both sides of the M & A table. I am particularly passionate about how technology can be used in the accounting and reporting process to save time and money, while empowering businesses with real time information and valuable insights. I love working with business owners to solve problems and find innovative ways to do the jobs of tomorrow. I have also supported many clients through commercial disputes and mediation processes.
In 2005 I married Jody, with whom I have raised three children - Josh, Evie and Levi. My family are my greatest joy and I am proud of the values I have developed at work and home.
In addition to walking my kelpie (Billy), I have a passion for all sports, but mainly Aussie Rules and I spend an inordinate amount of time with my beloved Westminster Old Scholars’ Football Club and indeed coaching and supporting the football program at Westminster School. I am a passionate Dragon.
