Job Description
The Client Service Officer will be the welcoming face for all visitors at Equipe Advisory and will ensure client service commitments are delivered upon and exceed client expectations. The Client Service Officer will provide support to all employees, maintain front of house and work on key projects and initiatives to improve internal processes that are aligned with the Practices strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Reception function and associated tasks;
Attend to GPO mail collection, distribution, actioning and recording in accordance with Firm policies;
Attend to ATO correspondence triage, distribution, actioning and recording in accordance with Firm policies;
Co-ordinate and schedule client meetings;
Arrange couriers, stationery and kitchen supplies;
Client records management including the preparation of client ITR and Financial compilations and scanning of client documents;
Assist with maintenance of client data bases
Assist with the Firm’s Australian Securities & Investments Commission obligations for clients including Annual reviews, annual fee payments and reminders, changes to company details forms, minute book filing and all other related functions;
Continue to learn and develop skills with the software programs used
Assist with the implementation of a range of operational projects as required.

A professional, friendly, and proactive communicator who enjoys building client relationships.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) or similar practice management software would be an advantage — but we’re happy to train the right person.
Someone who thrives in a team environment but can also take initiative.
Previous admin or reception experience (professional services experience is highly regarded but not essential).
