Today, we are thrilled to share some exciting news that marks another milestone in our journey as a firm. We are proud to announce that Luke Francesca has been promoted to Director at Equipe Advisory.
Luke was a founding member of Equipe Advisory when we commenced in July 2021 and brings 15 years of industry experience. Luke works across all industries but has significant experience across wine, property and professional services. Luke provides both high-level tax advice along with advisory and transactional advice. Luke is a great communicator, he can translate technical detail into approachable concepts for practical application in our client’s businesses. Luke is passionate advocate for small business and works closely with business owners through the evolution of their business lifecycle. He has worked with startups and ushered clients through to exit with everything in between.
Since starting Equipe, Luke has taken a leading role in staff training and development. He still maintains the Firm lead role for professional development and also incorporates personal development plans into his junior staff mentoring.. His mentorship and dedication to knowledge-sharing have strengthened our team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Luke lives by our values of teamwork, integrity and respect.
